I think it’s fair to say that anyone who has commentated on a game featuring Fellaini has said the same.

I still can’t watch a game in this World Cup without saying “they’d dick on England”. About both teams. I don’t see any reason to desist from this watching USA v Belgium. They’re not brilliant, but they’d still both do the job against England more often than not.
