I dunno, camo baggies, what looks like a cycling cut jacket? perhaps his mum made him take the dog out for a walk and he wanted a go on his DH bike? the colour of the mud on the BB also looks Welsh?

I not making any comments. I did notice the jacket (Northface BTW) later and he wasn’t hooded up or anything.

Just that bike caught my eye.
