For a commuter??

I need a set of full mudguards for a carrera subway?

What is best to use?

which ever sks chromoplastic things fit with tyres you have

SKS. Longboard should give you better protection. Just ridden home in biblical rain with my 35mm chromoplastics. Wet feet but dry bottom. You really can't beat a proper set of mudguards.

Agree with sks chromoplastic\longboard, full length mudguards are a must for commute comfort.

26" wheels?
They are 'fun' to fit so you may need to take to a bike shop.
Might need to modify the stays to go around disc brakes if you have them for example.

It's fitted with v brakes so hopefully should be easy to fit!
