I have an admission to make. Recently, if in a hurry, I've been wrapping Bacon ( home cured streaky from local butcher) in a sheet of kitchen paper and microwaving it for 30 seconds.
It's very good.
Wow. £50 to cook bacon really badly and in twice the time it normally takes.
