the brakes are 08 avid juicy sevens.

took a bike out yesterday that i haven’t used for a few weeks and one of the levers had hardly any movement before the pads bit, i do ride with little lever movement but this was too slight even for me. also hard to describe, but the lever felt quite odd. wooden almost.

i tried adjusting the bite adjust dial but it didn’t seem to make much difference.

had another quick look earlier and when squeezing the lever noticed that little bubbles of fluid coming out of a tiny hole on the top of the reservoir cap.

anyone have an idea what going on?
