As above, considering accepting cyclists into my house who are touring and also interested in going on a couple of small 3 day tours later this year and might consider using this site for free accomodation. Usually when I tour by myself I like to sit in a pub of an evening and get slightly drunken, not sure how’d it go down staying with someone. And accepting total strangers into my house, might have a job getting it past the wife but strikes me as a great way to meet likeminded strangers, makes life a bit more interesting.
What are your experiences of using this site?

Sounds similar to the couchsurfing website (but more niche). A friend of mine used that to tour round the world for years and only had one bad experience (which then put him off for good). Basically 99.9% good, genuine people and a tiny minority of weirdoes so if you’re prepared to take that risk it could be worth it!
