I’ve bought a Garmin from stw and I’ve set it up but I don’t know how to save a ride. I pressed start, did my ride and then pressed stop.

What do I need to do to store that and be able to start a fresh ride?

I only want to upload my rides once a blue moon.

I’ve looked at the destructions online but couldn’t I couldn’t see anything.

Any help and any other tips much appreciated

Do a reset when you want to clear the current track log. Pretty sure that means holding a buuton down for 3 or 5 seconds.

With the unit turned on press and hold the lap/reset button. You should get a 3 second countdown timer on the screen and then everything will reset to zero. The previous ride will be stored on the unit until you delete from the history

Will I be able to review it on the Garmin or only when I upload it?

I think you can review it, but not completely sure

You can usually review them on the device, find the ‘activities’ or ‘history’ section on the menu.

Yes you can review your previous rides in the History option
