Any difference between Granger’s and NikWax Tech wash?

For washing my e-Vent and similar stuff that washing powder is not suitable for. I can get Nik Wax Tech Wash in bulk, but Granger’s I have to buy in small bottles. Is there any difference in them, and can I use Nik Wax on my e-Vent stuff?

I use techwash on my eVent gear, works well.
