Anyone know what is going on ? No show on a narrow wide, no response on email and PayPal have a “hold” on the payment ?

However – if funds are held it’s normally PayPal waiting for your bank to clear it before they send it

If this is the case then ace won’t have received it and won’t send the ring

We had a couple of issues with our order processing over the last few days which should be resolved tomorrow. I can confirm there are no issues with our payment gateway and as tmb467 points out, the funds are not collected until we despatch goods.
