[Closed] 2x10 chain guide confusion.
I didn't want to hijack the chain dropping threat but have a question I am struggling to find info on and hope the hive can give me some insight.
When choosing a chain guide for a 2x10 ISCG 05 set up such as the E Thirteen LG1+ there are a lot of options in the ISCG 05 category. From what I gather I should choose the guide based on the big ring. My case 38/24T.
Is that right? Does it matter that the granny is 24? Or do I need to find a specific guide that states 38/24T? Really confused...was up researching this at 1am and didn't find anything concrete. Cheers all.
Yes you are correct, they go by the size of the bigger ring. You should be looking at a double specific guide though, not the lg1. e.13 trs maybe?
