1) I have a lapierre froggy, i'd like one of those small carbon mudguards that go on the cross brace pointing up….. like the ones on santa cruz nomads and the FSR in the dangerous trails thread…. do they exist? If so where?

2) I currently run 2.35 tyres front and back, id like to save rotational weight ( as have already dropped tyre width down from 2.5 ) What would be the best wheel set? Strength isn't a priority, but lightweight and maintaining a good tyre profile is.

Unfortunately I have no clue what the current rims are because they are lapierre alex fr32 – exclusive to lapierre and not listed on the alex site.

I was looking at crossmax sx 21m rim, but really dont know if this will save weight….
