[Closed] Zwift gift card info

Not sure if anyone else has done this but i was gifted a 3 month membership for zwift for xmas. I got the email saying click on the link for your code which i duly did to check it out, i decided i would redeem it later. After a very long wait over the festive period waiting for a chance to use it i had my opportunity this morning. Went to redeem the gift card and now its telling me it has already been downloaded, i assume when i look at it on xmas day! What a stupid way to deal with gift cards. I now have to wait for support to sort it out so no ride for me.
So anybody who gets a card remember DONT download it till you are ready to redeem it to your account.
