Just about to buy a bike and need to know if the bank is uk or uk arm of the bank ?
My one account where my dosh is will charge for the transaction if sending abroad so would have to transfer it across and do some faffing.

By the time you have faffed about trying to move money from your UK bank to a German one you will realise it was just easier to pay direct from your account.
Its not that much compared to the total cost of the bike.
Also, do you actually have a bank account in Euros in Germany ?
Don't you get a better rate from a credit card?
No its one account charges and need to go into Bank in person to send money abroard and the other does not and can do it online. Did a sort code search and it said it was a london branch meaning I can use either account and not get charged
