Mash up some lemongrass, coriander, red chilli and black pepper.
2 shots premium tequila, juice of half a lime, 3 shots pineapple juice, shaken over ice.
Slurp slurp!!
Vodka redbull.
The Painkiller
4 parts orange juice, 2 parts pineapple, 2 parts coconut milk, 4 parts white rum, ice and grated nutmeg on top.
Vanilla Daiquiri - as served in the now closed Che in London. It was made with fresh vanilla pods - gorgeous.
I miss the days when you could ask for a White Russian 🙂
