'REAL3D', I think its called. It seems to be the most common one round my way, barring the IMAX.
Granted you need to be sitting at the precise angle needed to get the effect, but why couldn't it be done on a standard telly?

Why would you bother? Most of the 3d I have seen has added nowt to the film bar a bit of wow look at the 3d, most films that have gone that way could save 20/30mins by removing the crap.

It's a polarised projector; you'd need the same tech in the TV (which is how some 3D tellies work).
