Shame the brick detailing at the edges is wrong - if they're going to use an English Bond wall then they could at least have cut the print on half brick dims.
I'm not keen - its all a bit less shiney sub- Jeff Koons isn't it?

Take a look around Wim's stuff Daz, that is a man obsessed with shit and arse, and a lot of other stuff. I'd like to know the context to the piece above though.

Can't decide if it's a daring piece, or a boring piece.

Definitely some type of ringpiece though ๐Ÿ˜‰

I was convinced for a minute there that the thumbs were on the wrong side so have spent a minute or so cupping my bum in the office to check.
All is fine. Carry on.

Turner prize always has this sort of thing for publicity, if it was just "normal"
Art no one would pay any attention

Yes it's art but I would pay zero to walk past it.

Modern art isn't the same as it used to be, take this beauty for example:

[img] [/img]

The very mention of this magnificent piece or anything by Rothko can induce a pretty hilarious 20+ minute screaming fit of rage in one of my colleagues, it's brilliant - that's just a bit "meh..."

On another note - Brian Eno claims to have actually pissed in the original "fountain" urinal via a cleverly concealed Withnail-esque hose/bottle setup ๐Ÿ˜†

It's got us lot talking and thinking about it, so yes it's Art.

Whether it's any good or not is subjective.

Whether it's any good or not is subjective.

who are you to judge? (asked in a non-accusatory way)

Of course it's art, if you don't know why it's art, then rather than dismiss it because you don't "get" it (too many people confuse Art and Craft, or rather, don't understand the difference between the two) then find out, you might learn something...

"Whether it's any good or not is subjective" isn't a judgement as far as I can tell.

Bricks are not very bricky
Flesh is noy very fleshy
Hands and bum look attached rather than seperate parts
Flesh doesn't conform around fingers like that.
Doesn't even have a bumhole
2/10

An artist, can't remember who, went to the trouble of lithographing his arsehole. Was one of the highlights at the Whitworth Gallery a while back.
