Hi,
Just moved house and the previous owner was a heavy smoker, consequently, the seals on one of the windows have gone nice and yellow:

Is this an easy fix for a DIYer?

Try to get some solvent cleaner from a upvc place even wickes sell it. If that wont get it off then i doubt much will it what we use to clean the frames etc
