Logitech K270 - £23-25 on Amazon and noticed the other day £20 in Asda!
Works lovely, really light, Unifying receiver, etc.

I bought a logitech k400 in the amazon "sales" last week - a bit under 30 quid IIRR

it has a trackpad, so hopefully no need for a mouse (it's for the pc in our lounge)

Just been looking at the K270 and the MK270
Looks like the MK270 is the same but comes with a mouse and costs less?
How does that work.

Logitech do a kit quite often.
Mk can also sometimes mean "multimedia" so has play buttons although the K270 has them anyway.
Not sure how you'd get the MK270 for less than the £20 Asda want for the K270 - unless you want a mouse too?

K400 if you need the trackpad (media centre or such) otherwise the closest full size equivalent.

If the K270 is as good as the M185 wireless mouse I use on my laptop it will be ace.
Had it nearly 3 years and in that time with shed loads of use its used 1 battery and worked faultlessly, which is more than I can say for the previous jerky battery eating Microsoft mouse.

MK270 from Curry's bought for £18. Sorted.
Still not sure how they've got the keyboard on it's own for £25 and the keyboard and mouse for £18 but it's plugged in and working.

I'm probably going to get the Logitech K380 Bluetooth keyboard, so I can use it with my tablet and phone as well as with my laptop without needing a single. It's Wirecutter.com's recommended keyboard.

If you replace the word "single" with "dongle" does it make more sense?

I'm probably going to get the Logitech K380 Bluetooth keyboard, so I can use it with my laptop without needing a [s]dongle[/s] wireless receiver plugged into a USB port, and also with my tablet and my phone.

It's theWirecutter.com's recommended bluetooth keyboard.
