On my Mrs's computer, when she tries to log in a message box comes up & says, 'type the code shown below, for verification purposes we will send a code to your phone' Etc etc. She's tried all that & nothings happening.
Whats next?
It happens when she tries to log in to Yahoo? Has she set anything up with Yahoo to protect the account?
Sounds like malware, but might be genuine. She just needs to make sure she doesn't enter any sensitive info in response.
Sounds like dual-factor authentication. Check settings? Try a different PC?
It,s like gmail but with faff then best go over to gmail.
Is your wife a scammer by any chance

I've tried logging in for her on my computer but no go. We get the text message from Yahoo with a code, but there's nowhere to enter it!
