Tin of tuna in my cupboard has a best before date of Dec 2006.

Should I or should I not have it for my tea?

Oh bollox - now I feel bad ๐Ÿ™

No, there's no way I would eat tuna that's more than 2 years out of date.

If it's tinned (and the can isn't punctured), it should be fine. That's why it's "Best Before" and not "Use By".

Open it and if it smells ok, try a tiny bit - if it tastes ok then eat it. How on earth did people survive before we had best before dates eh? ๐Ÿ˜‰
