IEDs/ mines, etc tend to ruin your day, and cause this kinda thing..
Happens way more than you might think in IED type injuries. Victims tend not to talk about it very much.
It can actually be more traumatic for the victims than the loss of a leg etc. It seems guys can find it rather important to them...
