Im thinking Mortlach
Inchgower
When? Today? Please don't let it be today I only have some rotten mankiness left.
My sister got me in to single malt a couple of years back when we were on hol in the Highlands. Can’t say I'm an authority though so any recommendations would be welcome as my sis and I are on a rare night out tonight... x
If it's World Whisky Day, maybe Yamazaki?
rotten mankiness
Is that a Speyside?
I might have to uncork the Lagavullin later
The dark and mysterious cask strength hooch that sharki found in barrels at the back of this cave, will do nicely.
Really?????
*wanders off to contemplate pay day loan*
Really?????
That's a price for six bottles. (I went "wut?!" for a minute there...!)
And that's before the night out..! rooster 😉
Balvenie signature, 12 years, Mmmmmmmm, do you think it will accompany pizza well? 😀
Ardmore or Aberfeldy, my other two Kilchoman Loch Gorm and Balvenie 15 single barrel are keepers i'm afraid
Aberfeldy here..
I spent two days driving around schools next to distilleries in Spey valley - and having to avoid all of them 🙁
I've got 12 year old Glenmorangie & Highland Park but most likely I'll crack open my 14 year old Glenfiddich Rich Oak
One day I will keep bottles long enough to amass a fine collection of single malts. Can you imagine your cupboard if you still had bits left from all of your past great bottles.
Every day is whisky day in Portly Towers *hic*
The Dalmore Gran Reserva here.
Can you imagine your cupboard if you still had bits left from all of your past great bottles.
They have a shelf life due to (IIRC) oxidisation. Two year max, generally.
Doublewood, best of an ace bunch 😀
Ben riach 16 yr
Good evening out, Started with Jura on to Laphroaig and finished with a Talisker. A predictable pub selection but still very enjoyable. Not a patch on the selection at the Stein Inn. Fav tonight Laphroaig? I think.
Singleton for me tonight
Arran 14-year-old here - they definitely got it sorted now.
Bloody ponces.
Special Brew. Yum.
Fettercairn Fior - a magnificent dram
Although I have been looking wistfully at my special bottle of Aberlour - mis en bouteille by my own fair hands.
Although I did find bottle of Dufftown Singleton the other day which was surprisingly tasty
