Has anyone got any experience (appreciate they may well be diverse and worldwide) of workaway or a similar model of bed and board in exchange for basic work?
Specifically for those over 30- seems to be a gap year type thing mostly??

Built solar panels, worked with tree surgeons and on very nice vineyards all in late 30's in Australia and New Zealand. You can get some interesting work if people want your skills.
