Hi.
I fit kitchens for my job and thinking of some sort of pop up or easy erected shelter.
Not really after a standard gazebo type thing.
Anything recommended.
What size?
I've used a 4m x 4m Coleman event shelter before and had my SCMS and work stands underneath..it's not a conventional gazebo & looks slightly more professional imho.
Not work related but I'd prefer the Coleman over a standard gazebo. You can also get zip on sides for it if it gets a bit windy or wet.
Event shelters are crap, their footprint is too big and they're expensive.
I use Draper pop up gazebo, machine mart sell them for around 120, eBay for around 100. It's much more heavy duty than anything run of the mill, side panels are also available. I've left mine up in awful conditions for days on end.

Yes the Coleman has a big footprint but it depends what size timber or other workpieces you're using...you're not going to get a lot under 2mx2m gazebo. The Coleman's also very stable in the wind and mine cost me £120.
I leant the Chippies my Homebase 3x3m Gazebo when they were working on the workshop in the rain:

Cheers. I like the look of the shelter but do they take much putting up?
