Warmed up to the idea of installing them to a car. Searched google but many point out to US. Anyone know of uk based seller? I've seen one but can't remember. TA

Heko wind deflectors are very good. Look on EBay there is a big seller of these in Poland who is cheap and quick.

If by any small chance it's for a corolla I have some you can have for free. Heko are good but some of them mount into the window recess which strains the electric window motor.

Thanks for replies and kind offer. Car is passat 2008. Surfed enet and saw few more manufacturers, heko / fara good shout but myself like climair more. Will try those.

Saw YouTube comparison between those, looked a bit cheesy but at least something.

they are not worth it

my car had them on when i bought it and they are now removed

- they dont stop rain getting in unless window is practically closed (rain doesn't get in with normal windows then either)

- they didn't really cut down on wind noise

- increased "A pillar" blind spot

- extra strain on window motor

- scratch top of glass

- can damage paintwork

- may look chavvy or be classed as a mod

- since it pushes on the glass increases amount of water that gets past seal and runs down through the door

I took mine off and haven't looked back, I'd never bother with them again
