just got a windows8 PC for my son.
First off all the accounts below are local accounts.
I have my account as a system admin.
Created another account for him - all good so far.
I then tried to create a third account & it is saying it is creating it OK, but when I log on it says the 'user profile can not be loaded'
when I look in c:\users there is no directory for that user.
Any thoughts please.

Delete and recreate?
The disk isn't full, is it?
