For my work network i can not use the internet without a proxy server but i cant seem to find out how to changee proxy settings, i can find dns and ip settings in the connection settings menu, and there is nothing i can change within the browsers (opera and internet explorer)

Start -> Settings -> Connections Tab -> Connections Icon -> Set Up My Proxy Server.
