The much heralded Windows 8.1 (Windows Blue) update has been pulled less that 2 days after it's release due to undisclosed issues; it really doesn't bode well!!
It doesn't surprise me somehow. Although you would have thought there would have been enough testing to ensure it was usable. I say usable as i accept every OS update introduces bugs, programs are so complicated these days.
Maybe it is me but it does seem Microsoft are loosing the plot.
Only the 8.1 Windows RT, the version for mobile ARM equipped devices, update has been recalled.
Ah right, I assumed that it was the whole lot (I updated my desktop on 17th show don't see the update in the Store).
When I went into the Windows 8.1 section of Microsoft Answers (to look for answers to my own Windows 8.1 issues) it flashed up an announcement about an 8.1 update recall.
