[Closed] Windows 8 - How do you add features?

I upgraded to WIndows 8 Pro when it first came out and at the time I got offered Windows 8 Media Centre PAck for free...I had to add the product code to Windows and it installed...all been working fine.

I've just had an email from Windows telling me I have until end of January to activate it.

The instructions appear to be rubbish -

Follow these steps to add Windows 8 Media Center Pack to your PC running Windows 8 Pro:

Swipe in from the right edge of the screen, and then tap Search. (If you’re using a mouse, point to the upper-right corner of the screen, and then click Search).
Enter add features in the search box, and then tap or click Settings.
Tap or click Add features to Windows 8.
Then tap or click I already have a product key.
Enter the product key, and then click Next.
Read the license terms, select the check box to accept the license terms, and then click Add features.

I do steps 1 then 2 but step 3 doesn't exist...and I can't find the option myself...so how do I get to Add a feature to Windows 8? I'm sure it will tell me it already exists and is activated but I want to be sure.
