That is what they get for being so secretive. They want to be overt like [url= http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Philip_Green#Tax_avoidance ]Mr P. Green[/url], and then you can have your cake* and not pay the tax on it.
*Yes I know cakes don't incur VAT. It was merely used to make a cheap point.
