Have just bought a DVD software disc which works fine in another machine. This machine will also successfully run other DVD software discs in the drive but not this single disc.
Any offers for how to solve this? It's from a clearence pile and isn't in the best state but the laptop (which has no hope of running it) sees it fine and can begin setup with no errors. The desktop doesn't even register there being a disk in the drive.
