[Closed] Why won't Snapfish see a picture

i've downloaded to my laptop & Flickr?
I can download it from an email, view it on my laptop & Flickr, save it to a laptop file, but, when i ask Snapfish to upload it, it can't see it on my computer or in my Flickr????

Illegal characters or extension name?
(ie, imâge$%.gpg)

Or compatible format?
TIFF or GIF?
I think Snapfish only likes JPEG if IRC.

Just checked. JPEG or ZIP files containing JPEG only.

Don't underestimate the power of numpty!!! Its a PNG image 🙁
Is it convertable into JPEG?
