What's the link you're trying to post?
It needs to be a full youtube.com link, not youtu.be or anything else.
eg
enter it as:
<video>
But instead of pointy brackets <> use square ones []
(does contain some swearing so don't play at work!)

Wrong! They fixed that at GrahamS's request and you can post the short link now..
