Was out yesterday afternoon with eldest it was great fun and I'll be back out later too.

Liftman they've appeared in most shops the last few days, Argos had some when I was in the other day.

Spongebob it was that busy on the local spot here that it's already like that helped buy the group of teenagers on huge plastic sheet polishing them up.

I should say so. Out this afternoon with the kids and "the Beast" - a huge plastic sledge I got when we lived in the states. Seats two, three at a pinch. We will be the fastest and go the furthest. We will be awesome. And we are NEVER awesome.

Every dog has its day. Time to go have some fun...

Hahaha nice finish.

I bought the kids a new sledge each for last Xmas and we didn't get any snow after that, stuffed them in the garage. I went to get them out on Tuesday after the first snow fall and found another, yesterday I went get the other one which is a one I bought years ago and 2 more fell down with it. ๐Ÿ˜ณ

Just got back! Great fun. My four year old really surprised me, wanting to go further up the hill and faster all the time. Both of us hurtling on my thirty year old wood and metal beast.

I usually only get to act like a kid on my bike, so this was cracking.

Just back from skiing on Butser hill , It was mobbed .
Anyone who has ridden the SDW will remember Butser hill , as its a long fast grassy decent with a gate 1/3 of the way down .
Trick was to stay above the gate as it was alot quieter.
I think walking up and skiing down is a 20:1 fun ratio . 20mins of walking for every min of skiing.
Might get a top up tomorrow but , i wont be returning as i am off to the 3V next sat so no need .

Liking the slope slider!

Here's me and my dad on one 50-year-old toboggan he adapted with an old set of ski's, and another made out of an old roofrack and a pair of skis - both when I was a kid maybe 30 years ago and still going strong (as is the old man!)

Sadly the kids didnt get much of a look in. And we blew away all the plastic sledges!
