..for every draw?

Me, I but one from time to time, maybe twice a month - never win though 😥

only when I'm aware that there's a huge rollover

The odds are waaaaaaaaaaay against winning and a portion of your £1 goes as tax to the Government - yes even more tax that the 23 40 or 50 percent you paid to earn it.

Thats why I don't.

Mostly people that can't really afford to.

I don't buy one every draw but when I do I get the same numbers every time - 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6.

not really

Considering the odds is futile, once you've bought a ticket it's 50/50. It'll either be a winner or it won't. The only certainty is if you haven't bought a ticket you have no chance! My system is, if there's a queue at the kiosk I don't bother and if I do buy one, it's a lucky dip as I can't be ars*d with filling out the slip let alone worrying about 'my numbers'!

I haven't bought one for several years, and I never bought them routinely.

either do the occasional lucky dip or the same numbers every time.

'your numbers' coming up on a week you didn't bother must be a bit trying.

Although it's either a winner or it isn't, that's not actually how probability works...

We have 50 lines on the Euromillions every Friday [syndicate of 50]

If it ever comes up, they'll have fun at work on the Saturday
it's worth £2 just for that thought 🙂
