I'm pretty sure where the lines and A are in the tool bar there used to be a refresh button.
How do I get it back?

They bloody moved it.
Press the 3 dots at the top right and it's there.
Alternatively scroll up by swiping down, and scroll up again and thay will refresh.. But that's a pain for long form posts.

Good news,
Go to opera settings, apperance, scroll down to shortcut address bar, and you can change it back.

Thanks. Was just about to have a look around the menus on mine.
Not sure how they come up with these changes but perhaps it's user stat led.
