[Closed] Where's my Google Chrome spell checker gone ?

I've done this;

Adjust spell-checker settings

This section below is applicable to Windows and Linux only

Click the Chrome menu on the browser toolbar.
Select Settings.
Click Show advanced settings.
In the "Languages" section, click Languages and spell-checker settings.
In the Languages and Input dialog that appears, use the "Enable spell checking" checkbox to turn the spell-checker on or off.

And this;

Temporarily turn off the spell-checker

You can temporarily disable the spell-checker for the field you're typing in. Follow these steps:

Right-click the text field.
Select Spell-checker options (Mac: Spelling and Grammar).
Deselect "Check the spelling of this field" (Mac: Check spelling while typing)

It's still not working. What have I broken ?
