As above really. Ideally I would like to watch it later tonight when it is quiet at work and the directors have gone home.

Here you can find it [url= http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/motorsport/formula_one/default.stm ]Live[/url]. I'm pretty certain it's available there of via iPlayer later on too.
