Bembridge is nice, but not sure about the dogs. It's a small place so everywhere is easy to get to.

Northcourt Manor is lovely, an old house that does B&B - not sure about dogs though 🙁

Out the back gate to the Crown in Shorwell, my favourite pub on the island.
