Ok....I've gone as done it, bought a flat...well completing in the next few weeks.
Thing is, it's a place that needs some serious decorating TLC, a kitchen (there isn't one fitted atm!) and a bathroom. And me? Well I ride a singlespeed for a reason! I am hopeless.
So I have a good budget but wondered where/how to find a reliable tradesman? Websites? Yellow pages around Wimbledon? Really I am new to all this after 15years I renting (and saving).
