[Closed] Where to eat in Albertville?

Cant remember If I've stayed in Albertville or not, but there always seems to be one of those chain restaurants near them (Campaginol or something like that), the hotels usually have a deal with a local one.

i stayed at a pikey Etap just off the motor in Albertville last year.
if its the same one that looks like its on an industrial site theres a cheap and cheerfull restaruant next door. Failing that if your not drinking drive into the town centre ,Approx 1 mile,where there's alot of pizza and pasta restuarants plus bars.
If you want really cheap look for the transit style vans near Etap with real wood pizza ovens in. a health and safety nightmare. 😯

That's the one. Stayed there last year but cheated and used McD's, which was pretty much next door. Happy to drive into town and find something though, and if it's only a mile, no probs walking it.

if you don't mind the walk thats fair enough. Just stay on the road that the Etaps on and it'll lead your to the town centre IIRC. About 5 mins by car.

In the trading estate, you have MC D's, Quick or Buffalo grill.
You'll get 3 courses, BSE (allegedly), wine and coffee for under €25 in the Buffalo grill.

Alternatively head into the town centre and find yourself a brasserie, you will eat better, but they won't be open on a Sunday or Monday night.

We stay at the "pikey" Etap as well. Usually we eat at the restaurant attached to the Geant Casino supermarket. Reasonable food, wine,cheap, and within walking distance of the hotel.Too far to walk to town for me.

I've slept in my car in Albertville. On the plus side, it was extremely cheap, good sounds, and free parking. On the minus side, it was ****in freezing, very uncomfortable, stank of farts, and the pub we parked by was a yocal eyeballing place that stank.
Got an early start though!
