Syrians are buying it from Russia and/or manufacturing it. Rebels are being given it by US, looting it from the Army or buying it from Turkey ????
@nick stat I saw for Saudi is last year we sold them $4bn and French sold $12bn. That Indy piece talks about a 10yr average, I think recent picture is very different.
I don't doubt they're a bit profligate with the ammo use but I also suspect that videos of them just loafing around wouldn't be so popular on YouTube.
