Just received a letter from TFL telling me my van has been inside the LEZ ( it has been ) and that if I go in again then i will be charged . It's a VW T5 T32 Kombi 140 bhp (2013 model) which is euro 5 I believe.
I thought it was compliant, indeed if you go to their checker and put in vehicle type , then it is , but by registration plate it is not .

Registered as a van/commercial vehicle rather than car?

Yes, it's down as van/commercial .
