Just tried to make a payment for some shifters and bars and paypal wants to charge me 1.73 despite it being a gift payment ...
any clues ?

ah ive got it
its ok .... free to use if i link my bank account to it ... but they can go **** them selves ..
Ill just continue to use my low budget CC that i use for these sorta things.

I think its to a certain limit. Ive sent payments for £70 and its not registered any charge for me, but under £20 is has...
