My excuse: I have an assignment to do, it is boring and STW is distracting me.
Still getting over Friday night.
I have been on the p!ss all week(mate is moving away) and need to spend some family time today.
Riding buddies all out(on a ride) at the moment 🙁
working this weekend....next weekend now that is different.

Got a cold. Blocked sinuses and utterly knackered.
Had a 5 mile run & then rode for another 32 yesterday.Today is for rest...
& last night was for drink 😛
Went out cycling yesterday and have tomorrow off for another cycle although was tempted to cycle up to see the 575 & Enduro showdown on BKB 😉
Wales yesterday, graze from knee to ankle so I have spent today trying to peel the sheet off my leg.
I've got 4 assignments on the go and can't work out which one to work on. So instead of designing anything I'm wasting my time on STW.
I will though be using the gym in the hotel!! Not really the same.
I spent 8 hrs building a stone wall yesterday, and am a bit tired today, feeling like a wuss now. Did go for a stroll for a couple of hours this morning though...

[s]Scum of the Earth[/s] Estate agents due at end of week to value, so last few bits/room to paint as I am away in Londonium Village all week.
Bike is in lots and lots of bits in the boot of my car awaiting reassembly later today but even then i wont have all the parts to re-build it.

WCA - that just looks painful! Since i started this thread i have managed to summarise a case, and write 7 works of my assignment 🙄 Not looking good!
Been out already, plus taken kids round the park as a confidence builder after a big off. Sun's just popped out here for the first time today, so I might just go again.
I'm on nights and have nil energy, don' care blue skies for 3rd day in a row too.

been out early,looked liked a drowned muddy fool as the clean roadies hammered me on the way home......i so tried to stay with them.....................now so tired....

Ow! WCA that looks sore! Mr Nutt's got my sympathy as do all those who've got to work, got assignments and have to keep an eye on kids. I've not been on the bike for several weeks now, 😳 due to heavy snow today I've spent the day snowboarding in a t-shirt. 8)
Hope the scars, toothache, sore back, assignments etc all heal, get fixed, patched, handed in on time, grow up and get payed for.
Got up late (seriously deep sleep 😀 )
Had to go into town to get a new rear wheel (came back without one 🙁 )
Also needed to get a lightweight summer jacket for work (came back without one 🙁 )
Cleaned / checked over bikes - that took about 4 hours in the end
Battery not charged for lights, so no ride for me today
I had my children 😆
I'm out most of next weekend to make up for it.

Atypical chest infection AND tansillitis at the same time!
I made it to the gym at the Marriott, hoping to get to Bracknell Tuesday am, to make up for the lack of riding this weekend.
