Dell Latitude.

Any picture is pixelated. My desktop background picture, any picture or image I open, or any image on a web page is pixelated, although the web page is clear.

The pains on the Youtube home page all have a green tinge.

Also 50% of the time when I open a new tab or close a tab the web browser closes.

That’s your 56k modem - you need to upgrade to this new fangled fibre!

Your photo links there are addresses local to you, they're never going to work.

When you say "any picture" is that what you actually mean? Literally every image on the entire computer is pixelated? Or just on the web? Or just on one site? Or just in one browser? What does text look like, is it huge?

Does this green tinge show up in screenshots? Getting those images displayed would really help.

when you open an image do you know what software it opens in?  If it opens in whatever the old windows photo editor was it will be huge and the pixels are a million real pixels wide.  Try opening a picture then see if you can work out what program you are in, either by looking at the title bar of the window the photo is in or may a help->about link.  The title bar is usually a good start though

and everything that @Cougar says of course, as always

Any chance you've installed malicious software?
