[Closed] What's the best way to dispose of old technical books?

I've got quite a few old technical books (software development type stuff) that are now out of date so pretty much useless.

What's the best way to get rid? Not fussed about trying to sell but more environmental. Just shove them in the paper/card recycling bins?

I'd thought of that but who would want to buy a book on .Net Compact Framework 3.5 🤣

I’d thought of that but who would want to buy a book on .Net Compact Framework 3.5

They would put them in their world of books box and get paid 5p per kilo for them.

Probably what I'd do TBH. The last lot I had, I palmed off onto the IT guy at work.
