As in title...
I can't remember the address for the website with examples of badly designed paths - can someone please enlighten me?
(I did try google, but failed miserably)

There are some edinburgh ones here including my favorite
[img] [/img] This is against the flow of traffic on a one way street and once you reach the end there is no legal way to proceed except to dismantle your bike and carry it.

Dismantle your bike? Wow - and I thought Scotland was meant to be best for bikes. Seems a bit extreme.

You have to cross a pavement and cross the road on a pedestrian green light. As it is a one way street the other way there is no green light for road users. thus if you cycle across you either go on the green man or risk getting mown down - having cycled across a bit of pavement. 2 different offences. If you get off your bike and push you still commit at least on e offence - crossing with a bike on the green man.

Its totally stupid

I must take some pics of the one around ocean terminal. It goes onto the pavement with a traffic sign in the middle and gives you 3 junctions with no priority and no safe way across whereas if yo stay on the road you have priority.

TJ's is my favourite and on my way home. Much fun when the cars coming towards you swing round parked cars onto the cyclepath. Council say it's not a problem and they know of no accidents there.

Thankyou! I'm trying to prove that the cyclepaths in Austria are better than the British ones...
