a migraine.

woke up with it about 6.30am, took some migraleve tablets, went back to bed. phoned in to work about it about 9.30 then went back to sleep. Got up at 11.30 feeling woozy (from the tablets) but otherwise ok. feel fine now

That was riveting.
Nothing distracts me from work but my work distracts me from everything else.
It shouldn't & I really wish it didn't, but it does.

Taking our 19 month old daughter to the doctors and then on for a referral for an X-ray due to ongoing chest problems due to an earlier bout of pneumonia then on to 'babysit' my mum who has just had surgery for lung cancer.

This meant I didn't actually finish my normal day job until 10pm.

Ho hum.

A forthcoming business trip to San deigo and a bike ride I'm planning while I am there. 21 degrees currently with clear blue skies. Oh and my mate wants me to pick him up a set of Haven carbon wheels while I'm there and is ok with me using them for the ride.
