It fades in the sun so as we have less sun each year (well it seems that way) the instances of white dog poo will decrease. Also as its less socially acceptable now to leave your dog's shite everywere there is less of it to notice.

I believe the answer is as follows: Back in the white poo days dog owners would let there dogs chew on bones and as a result they would absorb calcium. This calcium would often end up not being absorbed by the dog and come out in it poo hence the white colour. Nowadays people don't let the dogs chew bones so they don't absorbed the calcium.

Stupid.is is well named it's to do with additives that were once in dog food now removed nothing to do with dogs chewing bones.
Muddy_bum hens eggs come in different colours white hens lay white eggs and brown hens lay brown eggs it's as simple as that.
